BARKING AND DAGENHAM TOPS THE LIST FOR GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY SCHOOL GRANTS- Now why should that be, I wonder?

Call me a cynic if you like, but I couldn’t help chuckling when I read of the government’s latest pathetic act of desperation to try and make up for the years of crass stupidity which permeates and has wrecked almost every aspect of our nation’s well being.
London’s primary schools are now set to be given more than £140 million in attempt to try to tackle the shortage of school places. Interesting, isn’t it, that their opaque and sparse little brain cells have actually managed to take on board that there is a problem resulting from the demographic influx of new-comers? And it’s even more interesting that of the 16 boroughs perceived to be in need of this would-be rescue package, Barking and Dagenham has been allocated the most- nearly £18 500 000.
Of course you don’t need to be Einstein to have worked out that this derisory sum- it’s not nearly enough to make a real difference, because on present predictions, London is going to need to find an extra 50 000 school places by 2017- is intended to placate all those unhappy and frustrated voters who can’t get their children into decent schools and might therefore just be tempted to vote BNP at the next election. Unfortunately for them, this is all our bankrupt government can afford. But Labour is desperately hoping that by waiving a cheque about and making all the right noises, these voters might actually be gullible enough to fall for it.
In a well-to-do middle class area, this PR stunt might succeed. Because the prosperous liberal luvvies haven’t themselves been directly affected by the problems which accompany population expansion. But in Barking and Dagenham, the hard-pressed, long-term residents have been on the sharp end of 5-8 years of misguided immigration policy, and have suffered years of being ignored and having their concerns and interests trampled over. They’ve had to take whatever Labour has dolled out to them, and they’ve been told that they should be grateful. They’ve been commanded to make room for new-comers, castigated as racists if they’ve dared to complain, and they’ve been relegated to the back of the queue. And now this despicable Labour government, currently in its death throes, but still desperate to cling to the hope of being re-elected, produces a relatively small amount of cash and hopes that by spinning and trumpeting about its ‘emergency funding’ everyone’s going to get delirious with appreciation and vote them in again and with a carte blanche to carry on as before! Do they think we’re thick or what?
But what is heartening is that it’s quite plain to see that at last Labour is running scared. They know full well that the people of Barking and Dagenham have seen through them for the hypocrites they really are. And their time has run out. There’s nothing they can do now to convince the voters that they take their concerns seriously. The only solution to Barking and Dagenham’s problems is change. And the BNP is the only party with enough sense and determination to implement it.
